Registration Process

When you have received you Cram-Alert ID tags you will need to register them against you, your family members or personal mobile property.

To register as a family or individual please click ‘log in’ on the menu bar.

To register for the first time you will need:

  1. Your Registration code (Website purchase – Registration code on leaflet in envelope. Retail purchase – Registration code on the back of pack leaflet)
  2. Name, address, postcode, telephone number
  3. Email address for account holder
  4. Your ID tag Emergency ID numbers

For accuracy you will be asked to enter some information twice. This is unfortunate but saves you time in the long run as each entry should be accurate.

Your ID tag Emergency ID numbers should all have 11 digits.

After your initial registration you will be presented with a data protection declaration.

Your family account is now set up.

Once Registered

Once registered you will have complete access to your online Cram-Alert account, where you'll be able to:

  • Add additional family members
  • Add personal mobile property to be protected
  • Add pictures of family members and personal mobile property
  • Associate your ID tags with family members and personal mobile property
  • Add medical files for registered members
  • Add emergency contact details for next-of-kin, family and friends
  • Add holiday trips
  • Change password and username
  • Purchase additional ID tags and other items from the members shop
  • After 1 year - purchase Family Registration Renewal at cost of £15.00 -covers all registered family members and ID tags purchased previously and any new ID tags purchased at any time through the members shop.
