The Team are IIP (investors In People) accredited and take their responsibilities very seriously.
If anyone from your registered family is found ill injured or simply needing help; providing they are wearing their Cram-Alert wristband or carrying any item of property with a Cram-Alert ID tag attached, when they are found the finder is able to call the 24/7 Emergency Response Team.
As soon as we receive the call we will begin the process of notifying you, who has been found, where they are, who is looking after them now, where they are being taken and the name and contact details for the person looking after them.
Once again, provided the property is displaying a Cram-Alert ID tag, the finder is able to call the Emergency Response Team. They will take contact details of the finder and pass them on to you.
We take responsibility for contacting you – no matter how long it takes!
Your Cram-Alert register is able to record as many points of contact as you may wish to provide. The Emergency Response Team will telephone you and your alternative contacts in the manner you require. Importantly they will continue to telephone you until contact is made and there will be a full record of every telephone number called and the result.
