The help desk receive administration assistance messages from the Emergency Response Team and respond by phone or email during working hours.

The Cram-Alert Emergency Response Team cannot update your family Registrations for you. This has to be done by the registrant or a member of the family and via the on-line register.

Your records may contain details of medications and medical conditions. It is the responsibility of the registered parties to keep registrations up to date.
